Here are the rates for commissioned Pet and People Portraits and Custom Made Miniatures

For all other inqiries send us an email with what you like to have done and we will walk you through it.

We take great care in creating each piece, and timing can vary depending on the item:

✨Good News: Some items are already made and ready to go — those ship straight from my California studio within 1–2 business days so you can get your goodies fast!

• Hand-Painted Oil Portraits:
  
  Please allow 3–4 weeks for completion. Each portrait is painted with care and detail to ensure it’s truly special.

• Digital Portraits:
  
  These are typically completed and delivered within 2–3 days — perfect if you need a quick but meaningful gift.

• Handmade Dioramas:
  
  Timeframes depend on the size and scope of your custom project. There's a minimum 3–4 week lead time to allow for sourcing materials and construction. We'll discuss timelines with you in advance so expectations are clear.

• Cumstom made Miniatures:
  
  Most miniatures are ready to ship within 3–4 weeks, and sometimes even sooner depending on complexity.

• 📁 Downloadable Files

Our SVG and STL files are available for instant download — no waiting required!

As soon as your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a download link right in your email inbox. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder just in case!

• Outlinked/Partner Items:
  Some items in our store are fulfilled by trusted partner shops. These products typically take 7–14 business days to arrive on average. Since they ship directly from the partner, their return and refund policies apply.

• 🎨 Custom Painted Portraits always ship for free within the Contiguous United States

• For shipping rates to other locations, please feel free to reach out for a personalized quote.

• Custom Made Dioramas can vary greatly in size and weight. After we discuss the size of the project I can give you an estimate of the shipping cost.

• Hand Made Miniatures For handmade miniatures, shipping charges will be calculated and applied at checkout.

• 🌐 Outlinked & Partner Products- Please note that when purchasing through external links (such as Amazon or AliExpress), their shipping policies and fees will apply. Be sure to review their specific shipping terms and conditions during checkout.

• Import Duties and Taxes - Customers outside the U.S. may be responsible for import duties and taxes.

Because custom pieces are created just for you, we’re unable to offer refunds on:

• Hand-painted portraits
• Handmade miniatures
• Dioramas
• Digital Artwork

Thanks for understanding that these one-of-a-kind creations can’t be returned.

📦 Ready-to-Ship Items

For items that are already made and ready to ship:

• Exchanges are available for other in-store items.
• We do not offer refunds on these, but we’ll be happy to help you find something you love just as much.

🚚 Shipping & Insurance

All items are shipped with USPS tracking and are fully insured for your peace of mind.

1. Please email us a clear photo of the item, the damage, and the packaging it came in.
2. Once a claim is filed and approved by USPS, we can either:

• Issue a full refund, or
• Remake the item (for handmade pieces)

We’re here to make it right, and will walk you through the process if needed.
