How to make Spaetzle

"Spaetzle" are little German dumplings similar to "
Nokedli" in Hungary and "Nocken" in Austria. They make a wonderful side-dish and are also tasty just on their own or mixed with mushrooms or cheese. The basic spaetzle recipe calls for:
4 Eggs
1/3 cup milk
2 tsp salt
2 cups flour
Directions:
- In a medium size pot boil some water.
- Whisk together four eggs, 1/3 cup milk, 2 teaspoons salt, and 2 cups flour
- Boil some water, then put the handy tool over the top of the pot.
- Pour half the batter into the cup and slide it back and forth so the batter falls through in little droplets.
