1️⃣ Consultation: Begin your journey by booking a consultation via email. Share your ideas, preferences, and vision for your dream miniature room scene. A $15 non-refundable consultation fee applies, which will be credited back to your final order total. This fee covers the time it takes to source all the materials needed for the itemized quote. Because the cost of your project can vary significantly based on factors such as size, choice of materials, and complexity, I kindly request that you share your budget so I can offer suggestions that are within that range. I provide you with the most tailored and cost-effective solution.
2️⃣ Design Phase: I will work closely with you to translate your vision into a detailed project plan. You'll have the opportunity to review and refine the concept until it's perfect. Once the initial concept is approved only minor tweaks can be made.
3️⃣ Crafting Excellence: Once the design is approved, you will be asked to pay the full amount, so I can start to order the supplies needed for your project. Add-ons that were not part of the initial quote will be charged separately.
I will meticulously craft your miniature room box or diorama, using only the finest materials to ensure longevity and beauty.
4️⃣ Delivery: Your miniature masterpiece will be carefully packaged and delivered to your doorstep, ready to be displayed and admired. Shipping charges are payable once the project is completed and can be weighted.
When you submit your payment you also automatically agree to the terms outlined.
MATERIALS USED
A variety of materials are used to achieve the closest match for the item(s) being made.
Materials used are wood, resin, PLA, cardstock, printed designs, fabric, beads, and more.
Items like metallic objects are made to look like metal, chrome, or copper with the use of paint and aging techniques. No actual metals are used.
Pottery items are either made with a 3D printer and painted or made of modeling clays.
As every item is made to resemble its counterpart in real life, please understand that the pieces are handmade, and slight variations in the size, color, and material should be expected.
Materials used are made to resemble the objects and a 100% match is just not possible.
SHIPPING
The shipping quoted is based on USPS with tracking. Once I know the project's scope and size, I will quote you the shipping rate for your specific item after the consultation. You will be billed separately for the shipping rate before the order is custom-made for you, so you know exactly what the shipping rate will be.
Refunds - Once you agree to proceed with the project the custom order becomes non-refundable or exchangeable. If the item arrives damaged during transit a refund will be requested from the mail carrier and a replacement will be made for you.
