• Shopping outside the U.S? You're in luck because we ship worldwide! Add the items you would like to your cart and the shipping will be calculated during checkout, based off weight of package.

• PLEASE NOTE As of this time, we do not accept any returns or exchanges on rugs, art prints or any custom made items. Please consider this prior to placing your order! 

• IMPORTED ITEMS

Imported Items can sometimes get stuck in custom or be delayed en route. As much as we like to speed up delivery, we advise to please give the item from 2-4 weeks to arrive at your home. We are not responsible for any custom fees.

Returns & Replacements

Every piece in my shop is selected or created with a specific vision in mind. To maintain a sustainable studio and continue offering unique finds, I operate on a made-to-order and direct-fulfillment basis.

The Nature of Your Acquisition

Because I begin work (or initiate the fulfillment of curated miniatures) the moment your order is placed, all sales are final.

• Bespoke & Commissioned: Handmade and print-on-demand items are created specifically for you and cannot be returned to inventory.
• Curated Editions: My sourced miniatures are ordered and dispatched directly to your door to keep costs and shipping times efficient.

As a small, independent shop, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges for "change of heart," style preferences, or incorrect size selections. I invite you to reach out to me personally before purchasing if you have any questions about a piece's dimensions or details.

If Your Order Arrives Less Than Perfect

While I vet every partner and process, I know that issues can happen during transit. If your acquisition arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, I will make it right.

I will personally arrange a no-cost replacement for:

• Shipping Damage: Items broken or marred during their journey.
• Production Flaws: Structural defects or printing errors.
• Order Errors: If I accidentally sent the wrong item or size.

To help me resolve it quickly, please include:

• Your Order Number.
• Photos of the damage (including a shot of the shipping label and the exterior packaging).

Once I've reviewed the photos, I'll get a replacement into the queue for you immediately.
