Shipping & Processing

Orders typically take 1-4 business days to process before shipping. Once your package has left our studio or one of our production partners, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Important Shipping Disclaimers

  • Carrier & Holiday Delays: While we ensure timely dispatch from our studio, we are not responsible for delays caused by mail carriers, high seasonal volume, or holiday schedules.

  • Customs & VAT: For international orders, please note that any Import Duties, VAT, or Customs Fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs held at customs.

  • Delivery Issues: Once an item is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.
