This is a portrait I recently finished of a boxer. The reference photo was rather dark so I added a lot of highlights to bring out the features. Mini portraits measure 4x4 inches and are painted on canvas which is mounted onto a wooden panel. On mini portraits a rigid support makes it easier to add the details.
