I have been so crazy busy, that I am a bit behind in posting finished paintings. Here is a young German Shepherd I just recently finished. As you can see there were a lot of undesirable elements in the reference photo, that were taken out.
I wanted this pet to be in a garden setting smelling some flowers and ended up with this composition. Below is a shot of the head detail so you can see the brush work.
