• Hand-painted with real oil paints
• Museum-quality texture and lifelike detail

🛒 4. Place Your Order

After selecting your size and medium, complete your purchase and include the following in the Notes to Seller:

• Accurate hair/coat color (mention which photo shows the true color)
• Preferred background tones
• Breed or species (if applicable)

I will contact you personally to confirm details and begin your custom portrait.

🎨 Painting Process

After you place your order, I begin by creating a proof for your approval. This ensures the layout and composition are exactly how you envision.

Step 1: Digital Sketch

Every portrait starts with a hand-painted digital sketch showing the placement of your subject(s) on the canvas.

• This is the stage where major changes can be made, so make sure you’re happy with the colors, layout, and composition before moving forward.

Step 2: Painting by Medium

Digital Painting:

• The portrait is hand-painted entirely digitally.
• A high-quality giclée print is created using archival, non-fading inks and mailed to you.

Canvas Print:

• The digital painting is printed on canvas.
• Acrylic medium is applied to enhance texture and create a lifelike finish.

Traditional Oil Painting:

• The artwork is transferred to artist-grade canvas.
• The full painting is hand-painted with professional oil paints.
• Oils provide rich color and texture, giving a more lifelike, tactile finish than digital prints.
• The process takes longer but is well worth the extra time.

Step 3: Finishing Touches

• Oil paintings receive two layers of UV varnish for a beautiful glossy finish and added protection.
• The canvas is shipped with hanging hardware attached.
• Images of the painting in progress are shared at every step, and minor changes can be requested before finalization.

Nothing is shipped until you are 100% happy with the final artwork.

• Museum or gallery wrap for longevity
• Professional-grade oil paints for tactile, lifelike textures
• High-resolution digital files for prints

• Oil Portraits - min 3 weeks - max 2 months depending on size and complexity
• Digital Portraits - min 1-2 weeks depending on size.

Need the painting right away? Consider ordering a digital portrait high resolution JPG file and print it yourself on location. Credit will be given for the cost of the canvas - contact me to learn more.

• Custom painted portraits ship for free in the continental USA. For all other location shipping can be calculated during checkout and is based on the weight of your order. (p.s. we pay exactly what you pay and never upcharge on shipping)

• Shopping outside the U.S? You're in luck because we ship worldwide! Add the items you would like to your cart and the shipping will be calculated during checkout, based off weight of package.

• Save on shipping - Request a high resolution JPG file of your digital portrait and print the work on canvas in your own country. Credit will be given for the canvas cost. Contact me to learn more.

• IMPORTED ITEMS

Imported Items can sometimes get stuck in custom or be delayed en route. As much as we like to speed up delivery, it's best to allow up to 21 for shipping.

• Custom painted portraits are none refundable. Our videos let you follow the painting process from start to finish and changes can be requested to be made prior to shipping.

• If the canvas arrives damaged make sure to take photos of the package and the damage to the painting and contact us right away to start a refund process with the postal carrier.

All portraits—whether commissioned or personal sample pieces—are protected by copyright.

• Commissioned portraits are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial products, advertising, or resale without permission.
• Sample artworks I personally create may be used on prints and merchandise within my shop but are not licensed for outside commercial use unless we arrange a written licensing agreement.
