When I am really busy with working on paintings, I tend to fret over having to invite large groups of people. Nowadays with everyone having dietary restrictions, what to cook can become rather limited as well. So here is a recipe that is for the health conscious, great for vegans and just overall yummy!
Recently one of my good friends opened my eyes that one does not have to serve hot foods at every party. Combining finger food with great tasting salads like this Coleslaw, adds variety and is very filling. The recipes comes from my good friend Pari who does catering and can be reached via PJavadifar@yahoo.com.
