Rose Garden Tea House Miniature Diorama - Made to Order

This romantic-looking miniature tea house (1/24 scale) is a collectible piece that I customized with hand-painted furniture for a unique charming look.

When you open the door you will see a shop filled with teas and sweets. Grab a cup and make your way outside where you can sit on a rattan bench and even read through the pages of a miniature book.

The piece comes with lighting and even has a music box that plays a lovely tune.

This collectible ships with everything you see already assembled for display and has its own dust cover for protection.

The original has sold but a similar looking one can be made just for you.

Materials

A variety of materials are used to achieve the closest match for the item(s) being made.

Materials used are wood, resin, PLA, cardstock, printed designs, fabric, beads, and more.

Items like metallic objects are made to look like metal, chrome, or copper with the use of paint and aging techniques. No actual metals are used.

Pottery items are either made with a 3D printer and painted or made of modeling clays.

As every item is made resemble it's counterpart in real life, please understand that the pieces are handmade and slight variations in the size, color and material should be expected.

Materials used are made to resemble the objects and a 100% match is just not possible.

Prices vary greatly depending on size, type of materials used and overall scope of the diorama being made.

Contact me to discuss your project and let me know approximately how much you like to spend. It helps to narrow down project to stay as close as possible to your budget. If possible send me photos of you have in mind as well.

• For highly detailed projects you will be asked to pay a non-refundable $25 fee for an itemized list of all the items to be included in the project. This fee will be credited towards your balance once you place your order.
• I require full payment at the time you place your order. If you like to make payments you can select ShopPay at time of checkout.
• Once the order has been placed, I will start working on a proof to show you the overall look of the project.
• Look at it carefully and make any requests for layout changes at this time.
• Once the proof is approved the work begins and no major changes are possible. Only minor adjustments like tweaks in color can be made.
• Throughout the build process images of the work will be shared with you via a video post on my blog, so that you can request tweaks if necessary.
• Once everything is completed it is shown to you for your final approval before it all gets packaged for shipping.

In the day of Pinterest Pinboards, it is easy to get carried away with wanting to add more items to your scene.

Every new item not listed in the initial order from is considered an add-on and can only be added for a separate fee if there is space in the diorama.

Once you have approved the proof major changes can not be made. However, small adjustments if possible can be requested.

Dioramas vary in size and complexity and can take anywhere from several weeks to months or even a year. If your diorama is a gift make sure to mention it and every effort will be made to get it ready by then. Delivery times will be discussed after a quote has been given.

The miniatures are collectables and not suitable for play. They are not meant for children under 14 years of age.

Dioramas can vary greatly in size and weight based on materials used and the overall size., which makes quoting exact shipping charges impossible.

Shipping will be billed separately once the piece is finished. I will shop around for the best rate  (p.s. there is never an upcharge on shipping).

• Shopping outside the U.S? You're in luck because I ship worldwide! You will be quoted the rate, based off the weight of the package. (p.s. there is never an upcharge on shipping)

• Damage I package your diorama very well to protect it while in transit. I can not be responsible for mishandling during transit and therefore insure each package with the carrier. If your diorama gets damaged during transit contact me immediatly and I will contact the carrier on your behalf to file a claim. Make sure you take photos of the damaged package and the contents and submit the asap.

• IMPORTED ITEMS

Imported Items can sometimes get stuck in custom or be delayed en route. As much as I like to speed up delivery it is out of my hands. It's best to allow up to 21 for shipping.
