To finish and ship your painting to your home, it takes me:
- 1-2 weeks for hand painted digital portraits
- 3-4 weeks for hand painted oil portraits

- Shopping outside the U.S? You're in luck because we ship worldwide! Add the items you would like to your cart and the shipping will be calculated during checkout, based off weight of package. (p.s. we pay exactly what you pay and never upcharge on shipping)
Returns
- Damaged during transit? Not satisfied? Contact us and return your purchase within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging.
- Please email us photos of damaged items including damages to the shipping container for faster processing.

Imported Items can sometimes get stuck in custom or be delayed en route. As much as we like to speed up delivery, we advise to please give the item from 2-4 weeks to arrive at your home. We are not responsible for any custom fees.

I wanted to give my granddaughter an oil painting of her dog named Bo. I wanted an oil painting as she has had her dog since she was two and she is now seventeen. After searching I saw the website for Enzie. I filled out the order form and was very surprised as
I got a replay within an hour. I had a lot of questions all of which were answered right away. During the painting process I as well
as my family members were able to see the progress that was being made on the painting as well as a short video of the painting as it was being done. I ordered a 10 X 10 painting. I was so surprised when Enzie upgraded my painting to a 12 X 12 and no charge.
I was so happy as the larger size looks a lot better than the smaller size would have looked. In another month I am going to let her
do another painting. The finished painting came to me protected in a box that kept it secure and I received it in two days after
it was shipped.
Quality is great! They feel as the real utensils but only tiny. They came quickly too.

I love the beautiful portrait Enzie created. She combined 4 different photos to get all three horses (actually two horses and a mule) in one shot with the beautiful sunset background. Then enhanced it with oils and it sparkles!!!
