Italian design is just the best and I absolutely adore my new Pedrini veggi peeler. With a soft ergonomic handle and a little indent for your thumb, peeling potatoes, carrots and whatever else that needs peeling is a real cinch. The added brush allows you to quickly brush off whatever needs a quick clean up, like mushrooms that easily bruise. The grip is super comfortable and I have nothing but high praises for my new kitchen friend!
