Which portrait option should I choose?

Most clients choose a digital painting printed on canvas, as it arrives ready to hang and offers the best balance of quality, presentation, and value. If you’re looking for a traditional fine art piece with visible brush texture, the hand-painted oil on canvas is a premium option. Digital file only is best suited for international clients or those who prefer to arrange their own printing.

Is the portrait fully hand-created?

Yes. Every portrait is individually hand-painted by artist Enzie Shahmiri. Each commission begins with a custom digital sketch for your approval before the final artwork is completed.

Can I include more than one pet or a rider?

Yes. Additional pets or riders can be included for a flat additional fee of $75 per subject. Multi-subject portraits are carefully composed to ensure balance and likeness.

Do you offer other canvas sizes?

Yes. While standard sizes are listed, custom canvas sizes are available upon request.

Step 1: Digital Sketch & Approval

Each commission begins with a hand-painted digital sketch, showing the placement, proportions, and overall composition of your subject(s) on the canvas.

This is the stage where adjustments can be made to:

• Layout and positioning
• Background direction
• Overall mood and color balance

Once the sketch is approved, the final artwork begins.

🛃 Customs, VAT & Import Fees

For international orders:

• Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer
• These fees are set by your local government and are not included in the item price or shipping cost
• Delays caused by customs processing are outside my control

If you’re ordering for a holiday or special occasion, I recommend placing your order as early as possible.

🚢 Imported Item & Transit Delays

Occasionally, international shipments may be delayed due to customs inspections or carrier transit issues. While I do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, please allow up to 21 days for international shipping once your artwork has shipped.

Because each portrait is custom made to order, all commissioned portraits are non-refundable and non-returnableonce work has begun.

To ensure you are completely happy with your artwork, I share progress updates and images throughout the painting process. This allows you to request reasonable adjustments to composition, colors, and details before the artwork is finalized and shipped.

Nothing is shipped until you have approved the final artwork.

📦 Damaged Items in Transit

In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged:

1. Photograph the exterior packaging and the damaged artwork immediately
2. Contact me within 48 hours of delivery
3. Retain all original packaging materials

I will assist you in filing a damage claim with the shipping carrier and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds or replacements related to shipping damage are handled through the carrier’s claims process.

💻 Digital Files

Due to the nature of digital products, digital portrait files are non-refundable once delivered.

All portraits—whether commissioned or personal sample pieces—are protected by copyright.

• Commissioned portraits are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial products, advertising, or resale without permission.
• Sample artworks I personally create may be used on prints and merchandise within my shop but are not licensed for outside commercial use unless we arrange a written licensing agreement.
