I have two Camillia shrubs growing right by the entrance to the front door. Every year it is an explosion of blossoms, greeting visitors as they come towards the house.

Camillias are evergreen shrubs growing to about 2–20 m tall. The leaves are usually glossy and the flowers large. Camillias come in various colors from white to pink and red, and yellow in a few species. The fruit is a dry capsule, sometimes Virtually trouble-free, they require little care. The biggest problem I've encountered so far is the occasional frost damage.
