Every piece in my shop is selected or created with a specific vision in mind. To maintain a sustainable studio and continue offering unique finds, I operate on a made-to-order and direct-fulfillment basis.

The Nature of Your Acquisition
Because I begin work (or initiate the fulfillment of curated miniatures) the moment your order is placed, all sales are final. *

Bespoke & Commissioned: Handmade and print-on-demand items are created specifically for you and cannot be returned to inventory.

  • Curated Editions: My sourced miniatures are ordered and dispatched directly to your door to keep costs and shipping times efficient.

As a small, independent shop, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges for "change of heart," style preferences, or incorrect size selections. I invite you to reach out to me personally before purchasing if you have any questions about a piece’s dimensions or details.

If Your Order Arrives Less Than Perfect

While I vet every partner and process, I know that issues can happen during transit. If your acquisition arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, I will make it right.

I will personally arrange a no-cost replacement for:

  • Shipping Damage: Items broken or marred during their journey.
  • Production Flaws: Structural defects or printing errors.
  • Order Errors: If I accidentally sent the wrong item or size.

Bo's Painting

I wanted to give my granddaughter an oil painting of her dog named Bo. I wanted an oil painting as she has had her dog since she was two and she is now seventeen. After searching I saw the website for Enzie. I filled out the order form and was very surprised as
I got a replay within an hour. I had a lot of questions all of which were answered right away. During the painting process I as well
as my family members were able to see the progress that was being made on the painting as well as a short video of the painting as it was being done. I ordered a 10 X 10 painting. I was so surprised when Enzie upgraded my painting to a 12 X 12 and no charge.
I was so happy as the larger size looks a lot better than the smaller size would have looked. In another month I am going to let her
do another painting. The finished painting came to me protected in a box that kept it secure and I received it in two days after
it was shipped.
