Features requiring extensive additional labor or specialized craftsmanship—such as functional cabinets, opening doors and drawers, intricate architectural details, and elaborate custom-built furnishings—may incur an additional charge based on the complexity of the project.
All custom designs are individually evaluated, and any additional costs will be discussed and approved before work begins.
