Papaya Mano salsa is a refreshing alternative to the regular salsa that we are used to from the typical Mexican restaurants.
1 Papaya peeled and diced small
1 Mango peeled and diced small
1/2 red oninon, finely diced
2 TBSP cilantro chopped
1 Lime juiced
1/4 tsp chile powder
salt and pepper to taste
In a medium bowl, mix mango, papaya, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice. Season with chili , salt and pepper. Cover, and chill in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before serving.
