I love trying out new recipes since it is a nice way to relax after a long day of painting. I came across Chicken Karahi, a dish from Pakistan, and it sounded just amazing. I had seen it mentioned on a TV show and figured I must have the recipe somewhere amidst my many cookbooks. Imagine amongst all those books, there was not one recipe, zip zero! So, of course, I had to go and look at the recipe on YouTube. So glad I did! This dish is very tasty and super easy to make.

2 Tomatoes ( I added 1 can tomatoes sine I like it saucier)
Coriander for garnishing
1 Green Chilli
Ginger, Julienne style and 3 separate pieces
1 heaped tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp black pepper
Salt
Half tsp Zeera
Few pieces of chicken
Oil
