Here are another one of the pet portraits I painted over the holiday season for a customer in France. Hanna is a large, red female Dobermann belongs to the sister of my client.

Eye Detail for Doberman Portrait

The Doberman Pinscher or simply Doberman is a breed of domestic dog originally developed around 1890 by Karl Friedrich Louis Dobermann, a tax collector from Germany. Wikipedia

Alert, Obedient, Loyal, Energetic, Fearless, Intelligent are all traits associated with this breed. Hanna was my first Dobermann portrait and I hope you like how it has turned out as much as my client did. 

I am crazy busy as usual and am working on something entirely new. Will post new photos soon.
