Meet the model for my next Santa painting. I took this photo at the Renaissance Fair in Irvindale this year and love this man's complexion. I think he will make a jolly Santa!

The next painting will be larger, but setting and storyline need to get explored before I can settle on a size that best suits the composition. While

Kissed by the Moon is drying a bit more , I'll do some preliminary sketches with my Wacom tablet and figure out what the next painting should look like.
