Because I begin fulfillment of curated miniatures the moment your order is placed, all sales are final. As a small, independent shop, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges for 'change of heart,' style preferences, or incorrect size selections.

Bespoke & Commissioned: Handmade and print-on-demand items are created specifically for you and cannot be returned to inventory.

• Curated Editions: My sourced miniatures are ordered and dispatched directly to your door to keep costs and shipping times efficient.

If Your Order Arrives Less Than Perfect

• Production Flaws: Structural defects or printing errors.
