Dogs wait for us faithfully and this Labrador portrait shows the stance we have come so accustomed too. A waiting and observing dog who watches to see what the owner's next move will be.
The original photo was taken in a garage. Often client's send me photos of their pets in settings that are not suitable for a painting. So my job is to create a painterly backdrop that will show the pet the best way possible.
