Creating a Cozy Sewing Room in the Farmhouse Attic Part 1

Miniature Cabinet

The farmhouse attic has adjoining rooms, and I’ve been contemplating how to best utilize the space. After taking inventory of the furniture I had on hand, I decided to transform it into a charming sewing room. To ensure a cohesive look, I painted the furniture with acrylic paint, matching the finish to the other rooms in the house. I also had some leftover fabric, which I folded and rolled to neatly fill the cabinet. The sewing room is now a cozy and inspiring space, perfect for all my creative projects.

Next I will be working on a cabinet for the notions and add some more decorative pieces to complete the look.
