Silicone Baking Mats

I have been looking for a solution to prevent cookies, pigs in a blanket, etc. from sticking to the foil. Of course one solution would have been to grease the pan, but I really don't like scrubbing out pans either.

So I went searching and found a great product! Kitchen Aid makes Silicone Baking Mats, which are sold in sets of two mats. The are refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and oven safe up to 500 degrees F.

You can line your pans and roll dough without ending up with sticky messes! When done rinse off or give it a good soak in the dish washer.
