Chocolate Labrador Portrait 723

chocloate lab I have started on a new portrait commission of a chocolate labrador. My client has looked through my previous dog portraits and likes to have her dog painted lying in the grass.

After a quick sketch out to determine the layout, I proceeded with placing the general color in. In the next stages, the details will get more and more refined. I will post another update as soon as I can.
