A Shih Tzu Portrait
The painting of Taco the Shih Tzu is finally finished and all dry and ready to be send home. I really like how the texture turned out and tried to get a close-up shot so you can see it too.

It's a bit crazy in the studio and I need to post this work in progress so another client can see how the painting of their beloved Shih Tzu is progressing. The cutie was sitting on a red rug, thus the background tones for this painting. I am now pulling in pink and red tones here and there to make the portrait come alive. Will post another update soon.
