Christmas Pug Diorama

Custom made Dioramas will include everything you see as part of the listing. Items will be crafted to closely resemble their real-life counterparts, using my skills to the fullest, with suitable substitutes where necessary. The size is dictated by the amount of space necessary to include everything we have discussed.

Materials

A variety of materials are used to achieve the closest match for the item(s) being made.

Materials used are wood, resin, PLA, cardstock, printed designs, fabric, beads, and more.

Items like metallic objects are made to look like metal, chrome, or copper with the use of paint and aging techniques. No actual metals are used.

Pottery items are either made with a 3D printer and painted or made of modeling clays.

As every item is made resemble it's counterpart in real life, please understand that the pieces are handmade and slight variations in the size, color and material should be expected.

Materials used are made to resemble the objects and a 100% match is just not possible.

Prices vary greatly depending on size, type of materials used and overall scope of the diorama being made.

Contact me to discuss your project and let me know approximately how much you like to spend. It helps to narrow down project to stay as close as possible to your budget. If possible send me photos of you have in mind as well.

Once the project fee is agreed upon, payment in full is required to start the project. Installments can be made via ShopPay at time of checkout.

• Once the order has been placed, I will start working on a proof to show you the overall look of the project.
• Look at it carefully and make any requests for layout changes at this time.
• Once the proof is approved the work begins and no major changes are possible. Only minor adjustments like tweaks in color can be made.
• Throughout the build process images of the work will be shared with you via a video post on my blog, so that you can request tweaks if necessary.
• Once everything is completed it is shown to you for your final approval before it all gets packaged for shipping.
• The custom built item will be weighted and you will be asked to make an additional payment for the postage. Package will only be shipped with insurance included.

In the day of Pinterest Pinboards, it is easy to get carried away with wanting to add more items to your scene.

Every new item not listed in the initial order form is considered an add-on and can only be added for a separate fee if there is space in the diorama.

Once you have approved the proof /outline major changes are not possible. However, small adjustments if possible can be requested.

If your diorama is a gift make sure to mention it and every effort will be made to get it ready by then. Delivery times will be discussed after a quote has been given. Please be aware that the more complex the build is the longer it might take to complete.

Understanding Dollhouse Scale: Choose the Right Size for Your Miniatures
Dollhouse miniatures come in different scales, which affect their size relative to real-life objects.

Here’s a quick guide to help you choose the right scale for your needs:

1:12 Scale (Most Common) – 1 inch = 1 foot in real life. Standard dollhouses and miniatures are typically in this scale. A 6-inch sofa in this scale represents a 6-foot real-life sofa.

1:24 Scale (Half Scale) – 1/2 inch = 1 foot in real life. Miniatures in this scale are half the size of 1:12 scale items. A 6-inch sofa in 1:12 scale would be only 3 inches in 1:24 scale.

1:6 Scale (Fashion Doll Scale) – 2 inches = 1 foot in real life. This scale is commonly used for fashion dolls like Barbie. A 6-inch sofa in 1:12 scale would be 12 inches in 1:6 scale.

Please check the scale of your dollhouse or figures before ordering to ensure the perfect fit! If you're unsure, feel free to ask.

• For items that ship directly from vendors their return and refund policies apply.
• All item created in our studio which are handmade/custom made only store credit can be given ( no refunds).

Please email us photos of damaged items including damages to the shipping container for faster processing, so we can file an insurance claim on your behalf..

Imported Items can sometimes get stuck in custom or be delayed en route. As much as we like to speed up delivery, we advise to please give the item from 2-4 weeks to arrive at your home. We are not responsible for any custom fees.
