My New Bento Box

Bento box description I love Japanese food and of course was super thrilled to have a tiny bento box for my own little kitchen. It brings back fond memories of a trip to Japan with my family, when we would discover wonderful eateries all over Japan and the outlying areas.

During that trip we were pressed on time and wanted to stop at a mall to get q quick bite to eat. My kids wanted American style fast food and I opted for a Bento box. I had a view of the kitchen and looked on as the chef assembled my Bento box which such care. It took forever to receive my to go order, but the presentation was so beautiful that I had to show it to everyone before ever wanting to take a bite out of it.

Every time I take out this miniature bento box I am reminded of that trip and my beautiful to go Bento box. I suppose that is one of the wonderful things about miniatures. They let you take a trip down memory lane while you get that delightful grin on your face as to how tiny all these miniatures really are. Just look at that shrimp!
