Spinach Salad with Fruit and Orange Muscat Champagne Vinegar Dressing
The combination of fresh baby spinach and fruit tossed in a Orange Muscat Champagne Vinaigrette is an amazing, refreshing salad option packed with vitamins and nutrition. For this salad you will need the following ingredients:
- Fresh organic baby spinach
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup blue berries
- 1/2 cup papaya
- handful of nuts ( I used spicy pecans)
- Trader Joe's Orange Muscat Champagne Vinegar Dressing
Directions:
Toss the spinach and fruit in a bowl and generously coat with the Orange Muscat Champagne Vinegar dressing. Sprinkle nuts over the salad last so they do not get soggy. Serve and Enjoy!
