Cavachon 598 Portrait in Progress
The painting of the Cavachon is progressing nicely. I am almost done with the dog and I am now working on the foliage in the background. The I have let the painting dry a bit to go back in to work on the highlights and details.
The fur of this dog is full of curls and making them stand out and look natural required the use of many different pastel shade colors. Once even more texture gets added, the painting will take on a very special feel.
