Brussels Griffon Portrait 683

 Brussels Griffon Dog Painting

I think I have lost track of how many portraits I have painted this month. Just finished this Brussels Griffon Portrait that was painted for a client who left it up to me which photo reference to work with. I liked the idea of leaving the dog on the chair and painting him in a room with a deep blue/turquoise backdrop.

Unfortunately everytime I post a small photo of the painting all the detail gets lost and is hard to see. It's 630PM and I have been working since 6am and am totally exhausted. So here is a quick video to show the progression of the painting.
