I love moody skies ~ one does not quiet know what to think of them. Do they signal doom or are they an indication of a new dawn? I took this photo on the road between San Fransisco and Los Angeles. It always amazes me how much a landscape's color can change within just a few months. Since September everything has muted to brown tones and looks quiet and serene.
