Mosses are small flowerless plants that typically grow in dense green clumps or mats, often in damp or shady locations. Wikipedia . Their dense growth often gives forests a very magical, fairy landscape feel.  I love incorporating moss in my home decor and thought I find out how to make moss balls.

Moss balls are simple to make and when combined with fresh flowers make for a beautiful garden decor.

Supplies

Newspaper - floral wire or green twine - moss

1. Crumple up some old newspaper and form it roughly into a ball.

2. Use the floral wire or green twine and wrap the ball to retain the round shape

3. Slowly add pieces of moss and hold in place by wrapping more twine around it.

4. Cut ends and hide in them in the moss
