Soft as dawn, in hues so bright,
Blushing petals catch the light.
Dancing gently in the breeze,
Whispering secrets to the trees.
A touch of spring, so sweet, so true,
A promise wrapped in petals new.
Hope and love in colors deep,

To keep cut tulips fresh longer, trim the stems at an angle and place them in cool water with no more than 2 inches of water in the vase. Tulips continue to grow after being cut, so refresh the water daily and re-trim the stems every few days. Keep them away from direct sunlight, heat, and fruit (which releases ethylene gas and shortens their lifespan). For extra support, place a penny or a splash of lemon juice in the water to help keep them standing tall! 🌷💧
