Every year our family puts together a Christmas list with things everyone is wishing to get. This year my daughter surprised me by asking for a cookware by Le Creuset

They are so popular because they distribute heat more evenly than most regular pans, and the tight fitting lids ensure that the moisture and flavor stay inside. What I like best about them, after their cheerful colors of course, is that they do not scratch up and can go from the stove to the oven and even into the freezer.
