🏠 Bringing Memories to Life: The Miniature Living Room🏠 A Tiny Turntable
It’s been a whirlwind in the studio lately with two major diorama commissions in progress. I've been knee-deep in designing and 3D printing all the pieces needed to bring these sets to life. So, whenever I get a chance to actually paint something, it's a welcome break!
Today, I’m excited to show you a tiny turntable I’m crafting to match the one in the reference photo. I'm obsessed with this high-gloss chrome paint marker—it’s perfect for the turntable's case hardware, giving it a sleek, polished look. I'm still working on the back of the case and will post an update as soon as it's finished.
For the blue of the case, I’m using Vallejo Model Paint in Azul Blue. This paint is highly pigmented and provides excellent coverage over the PLA, making the color pop beautifully.
