1 12oz bag of frozen raspberries
1/2 cup of heavy cream
1/3 cup of sugar
Do not thaw the raspberries. Instead add them and all the other ingredients in a food processor and blend mixture until smooth.
Serve immediately and store left over - if there are any - in the freezer.
You can pretty much try this with any sort of berry.
