Decorate your bathroom and dry yourself off with our luxuriously soft bath towels and hand towels. Our towels are made from brushed microfiber with a 100% cotton back for extra absorption. The top of the towel has the image printed on it, and the back is white cotton. Available in three different sizes: hand towel, bath towel, and bath sheet.

Custom painted artwork ships free. Please note most of my products are made to order. On average it takes 5 to 14 business days to handcraft and to create your order before it ships out. A custom painting might take longer depending on size - Contact me and I'll be happy to give you a processing and shipping estimate. See shipping information page for more details.
Domestic Portrait Orders Ship Free with USPS within 1-3 Days - includes tracking number and insurance. During the holidays, some delays might happen due to weather otherwise, you can expect the following shipping times:

Merchandise sold - All custom painted portraits and one of a kind paintings are created in my studio.
All other merchandise that I have designed are sold directly through the vendors that I have chosen for their excellent product quality. I choose only vendors that I love and trust in order to bring you the latest quality products all in one place.
I also provide product links to merchandise I think my visitors might like. When you order directly through these vendors their policies apply. This means their shipping policies, return and exchange policies apply. Since the policies vary from vendor to vendor, make sure to familiarize yourself with them before ordering. In these instances I may be compensated for the inclusion of the products or brands in exchange for a referral fee. All images and content are subject to copyright laws from those merchants.

CUSTOM PAINTED ART
The time frame for custom painted artwork depends on size and complexity. Digital paintings can usually be finished in 3-4 days, but oil paintings take anywhere from 2 weeks to a month, depending on the size and how long it takes for the oil paint to dry before it can safely be shipped. I will be happy to give you an estimate as to when you can expect your order to ship - just contact me before placing your order.
PRODUCTION TIMES
Every order that is not for a custom made product gets processed within 3-4 business days. Any item that is not hand made by me ships directly from my vendors.
IMPORTED ITEMS
A few items in the store section are imported. Estimated shipping time will be given in the description area, otherwise, expect your item to arrive anywhere between 14-21 days from the order date.

CUSTOM PAINTED PORTRAITS AND ARTWORK
I post work in progress shots of every custom made portrait/painting while I work on your artwork. This is done so you may follow the progress of your painting from start to finish and can make changes as needed until the artwork meets your 100% satisfaction.
Your approval of the final painting version means that you are happy with the overall look of the artwork. On rare occasions due to differences in computer monitors, a color might be slightly off. In that case, just send the painting back free of charge and I will adjust the colors. I highly recommend that you send me a screenshot of the colors you like (or a link) so I can match it for you. Every attempt will be made to color correct to make you happy. If you are still not happy return the painting I will paint you another one in the same size free of charge.
If the painting gets damaged while in transit, send me a quick email with photos of the damage and I walk you through how to send it back. I will start working on a replacement portrait/painting right away at no cost to you.
LOST PAINTING GUARANTEE
If the painting is lost by the courier shipping agent, I will send you a new artwork at absolutely no charge to you. I ship all the paintings insured, so you do not have to worry about anything.
FRAME DAMAGE
If the frame you ordered with your artwork arrives damaged, the item can be replaced according to the vendor's return policies. In most cases frame damages that occur while the item is in transit are exchangable for a new frame.
Make sure to take photos of the damage and shipping box for a quick handling of the exchange.
ARTWORK DAMAGE
If your painting arrives damaged, contact me at portraitsbync@gmail.com. I will either repair the damage or, if the damage cannot be fixed, create a new painting for you free of charge.

Anything that is not handmade by me and sold through the shop section with the exception of discontinued or clearance items can be returned for an exchange or a full refund within 14 days of purchase, based on the manufactures refund and exchange policies. Items need to be shipped back in their original packaging before exchanges or refunds can be processed to the original location from where the item was shipped from.
DISCONTINUED AND CLEARANCE ITEMS
These items are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable except due to my error on an undisclosed defect. In that case, you can exchange the item for something else from my store.
