Every Effort is made to send you your order as soon as possible. We may use any of the major shipping carriers at any time, and select the one with the most economical rate to keep costs low.
Also please note that transit times vary. Your order is processed the same day it is received and depending on the item ordered shipping can take anywhere from 4 to 15 business days.
The Following Restrictions Apply:
- Free shipping on selected items (such as custom painted portraits) is available for orders shipped to the contiguous United States only (excludes AK, HI, and international orders)
- Excludes PO boxes & APO addresses
- Excludes item weighing over 10lbs, and all other freight items
- Not valid on pre-orders or backorders

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
CUSTOM PAINTED ART
The time frame for custom painted artwork depends on size and complexity. Digital paintings can usually be finished in 3-4 days, but oil paintings take anywhere from 2 weeks to a month, depending on the size and how long it takes for the oil paint to dry before it can safely be shipped. I will be happy to give you an estimate as to when you can expect your order to ship - just contact me before placing your order.
PRODUCTION TIMES
Every order that is not for a custom made product gets processed within 3-4 business days. Any item that is not hand made by me ships directly from my vendors.
IMPORTED ITEMS
A few items in the store section are imported. Estimated shipping time will be given in the description area, otherwise, expect your item to arrive anywhere between 14-21 days from the order date.
