I recently had a chance to review the new The London Session album by Mary J Blige, who is a true pop star and very talented soul artist. I love her rich voice and like to invite you to listen to samples of her songs.
I absolutely love this track titled "Therapy"! "When I can go therapy two times a day?" has a great beat and reminds me of gospel style music. You can't but help sing and clap along. This American artist has won nine grammy Awards and has a wonderful ear for fusing soul music with upbeat contemporary beats. May J Blige moved to the UK to collaborate with UK musical talents such as Disclosure, Eg White, Emeli Sande, Jimmy Napes, Naughty Boy, Sam Romans and Sam Smith on her new album. The album "The London Session" will be releases December 2nd on Capitol Records and has a medley of American house music with a wonderful dance beat and slower paced soulful pieces, which has lyrics that seem to celebrate her triumph over personal adversities.

I participated in the Mary J Blige The London Sessions album review program as a member of One2One Network. I was provided a free album to review but all opinions are my own.
