New York Biology Peppermint Oil
New York Biology offers a Peppermint Oil, that I recently tried in exchange for my unbiased review. According to them Peppermint oil is used to focus the mind, improve memory, and promote wakefulness without causing nervousness and anxiety associated with other stimulants like caffeine. In addition, it also has a long history of medicinal uses, practiced by many various cultures around the world. Clinically speaking, Peppermint Essential Oil is recommended for its anti-nausea benefits and soothing effects on the gastric lining and colon because of its ability to reduce muscle spasms. The health benefits & uses of this amazing oil have been documented back to 1,000 BC and have been found in several Egyptian pyramids.
New York Biology oils are used for external use, since they do not have a USDA label that would make them safe for digestion. However the oil is 100% Pure Peppermint Oil, which is great to be used as an additive mixed with water or other oils such as olive, avocado, almond or jojoba oil. You can use 4 drops of Peppermint oil and add it to water or another oil. This peppermint oil comes in a dark brown glass bottle to keep the oil fresh and has a dropper as well as a cap. The oil smells wonderful and I have added it to olive oil and used it as a rub to relieve muscle aches two to three times daily.
