Samantha Hodder Designs is sponsoring today’s post, but as always, all thoughts and opinions are my own.*ad
I love to buy handmade items from Etsy and support small business owners in any way I can. Over the years I have gotten to know a lot of wonderful sellers on Etsy. It's been a while that I have featured the sellers on my blog though and today I am going to introduce you to Samantha Hodder from Samantha Hodder Designs.
I am modeling Samanthas pretty jewelry designs.
Samantha started jewelry design when she was a preteen. She began making hemp jewelry for herself and her friends. Only after she began traveling did she begin to get inspired by new interesting designs and materials. Then she began to experience with her jewelry designs, and things just grew from there.
I love this necklace with custom made matching earrings
She says when she is not making jewelry she does non-profit work either in Canada or in Latin America. Her passion is for international development, more specifically in Latin America. she has worked and volunteered for NGOs in Ecuador, Peru, and Mexico.
While Samantha is working in or visiting Latin American countries, she loves to draw inspiration from their jewelry, clothing, and beautiful landscapes. She also enjoys searching for new materials in each country she visits. She loves finding beads and other materials that she wouldn’t have been able to find at home in Canada.
She takes great pleasure out of making jewelry and loves to pay attention to detail. She is happy to talk with people about what items they would like to buy, to answer any questions about her jewelry, or to take custom orders. She also offers her services in English or Spanish and some French as well!
You can find Samantha on Facebook and on Etsy at Samantha Hodder Designs.
