I love, love, - love scented oils and wanted to share some of the many ways you can enjoy these heavenly fragrances that come in a bottle. Recently, I had a chance to review Insta Natural Lemon and Peppermint scented oils.  InstaNatural offers a range of beauty products focused on using natural and organic ingredients, something that I care a lot about. I liked that the oils are sold in large 4 oz. bottles that come with a great dropper and felt that you get a lot of product for the price. Each oil smells amazing and the fragrance lingers quite nicely. Last week I wiped out my cupboards with a bit of peppermint oil and I can still smell the scent after one whole week!

About Scented Oils

InstaNatural’s Essential Oils are multi-purpose oils that are steam-distilled and extracted from dried or fresh leaves. The pleasant aromas make the oils a premium choice for aromatherapy to improve the mind and lift the spirits and can be used in a multitude of other ways around the home.

Lemon Oil

Insta Natural Lemon Essential Oil is extracted from the rinds of lemon, which lends its fresh citrus fragrance. This cold-pressed oil has a strong bright scent that is both refreshing and uplifting. Its astringent and purifying properties also make it a great aid to help cleanse and tone the skin, while delivering a boost of Vitamin C antioxidant benefits. You can also use it to:

Remove anything sticky from your carpet, clothes or even skin by dabbing a bit of oil on a rag and gently dabbing the residue away.

Add a few drops of lemon or peppermint oil to your water. It adds a nice taste and boosts your energy as well.

Spray fresh cut apples , bananas and strawberries with a bit of lemon oil. The lemon prevents the fruit from turning brown.

10. Lighten Dark Spots on your skin

Place a few drops of lemon oil on dark spots on your skin. Lemons over time remove dead skin cells and help make your spots look lighter.

Peppermint Oil

Peppermint oil is derived from the peppermint plant -- a cross between water mint and spearmint -- that thrives in Europe and North America. This steam-distilled oil is extracted from dried or fresh leaves from the Mentha Piperita herb, giving it a sharp, menthol fragrance. Its pleasantly sweet and minty aroma makes it a premium choice for aromatherapy to improve the mind and lift the spirits.
